Time flies just like that. It's already the last week of the school holidays. I didn't even feel the holiday break. I had school everyday for the first 2 weeks of the holiday mainly for art. Then I finally took a break with my family. Went for a short trip to Malaysia. It was nice cause I could get away from all the stress. And then last week the only school related activity I had was flag day. It was fun+tiring+ scary. Hahah. I'll tell you why fun, cause I got to do it with my friends. Tiring because it's not easy just standing there asking for donations and even getting rejected. And scary because we did it at Orchard. It was the day of the flood. I've never seen a flood that bad before in Singapore. Moving on, this week I've been working hard to finish all my homework which I'm almost done. Despite being busy, I still managed to make sometime for some fun. I recently watched Toy Story 3. I've always liked Toy Story and Toy Story 2 since I was younger so I couldn't miss Toy Story 3. It's funny as usual but the ending was a bit sad. Andy finally let go of his toys. :( Hahah. And also, just yesterday I attended Beast's showcase at Mediacorp. :) Before yesterday I wasn't really crazy over Beast but the showcase was awesome! It was way way way better than SHINee's showcase that time. I'll tell you why yesterday's showcase was better. Firstly, SHINee's showcase was at IMM which was not sheltered. To add on to the misery, it rained that day too. Yesterday was in the studio so we got to sit comfortably and it didn't matter if it rained or not. Secondly, SHINee only performed 3 songs that time while Beast performed I think like 11 times in total. And lastly, SHINee boys are cute but Beast boys were more friendly and more energetic. Yesterday's showcase was definitely worth it considering it's only $25. The showcase was 1 hour where they performed 7 songs including an encore where they performed 2 songs. Then the Mediacorp people told us to stay longer as they had to record for Channel 5's show Entertainment on 5. We stayed because they promised that they'd interview Beast and that they will perform 2 songs. The boys were great. I know they're tired but they did a good job. My throat hurts. I was screaming the whole time when Beast came out yesterday. Hotness! :) You guys have to watch Entertainment on 5. It shows every Wednesady and I think next week's episode they'll be showing Beast. Ah. Enough said. School will resume next Monday. Have to get back to study mode. :(

Wow. It's been such a long time since I last updated. It's been a long time since I even used the computer not for school related stuff. Mid-year just ended. Yesterday was my last paper so there's no school today. Yesterday was torture. Practical. I was in shift 1 which ended at 9.30 but we were locked up in the gallery for 4 hours after our shift doing nothing. Anyway, I'm pretty sure I'll be disappointed with my mid-year results. I studied for all my papers but I didn't get to finish most of the papers. I keep telling myself to improve but I keep screwing up. I'm so worried. Prelims and O levels are not too far away. I really wanna do well. I don't want to do another year of Sec 4 next year. I really wanna go to a good school. Moving on, I'll finally be free from books tomorrow and Sunday. I'll be shopping for presents. I know of a lot of people whose birthdays are coming. So sad though. I'll be shopping for others but not for myself. Last Sunday was Mother's Day. I didn't do much for my mum. I miss her. She's overseas now. I hope she'll bring back lots of goodies like she did the last time. I'll be spending the rest of today slacking. (:

Today is not my day. I'm so sorry for saying this but I officially hate Miss Mardiana. She tore one of my primary drawings just now. She said it can be part of development or experimentation. Crap right? She's always like that. Everything have to go her way. I told her that I planned on doing something else for the drawing but she tore it anyway. I actually spent hours doing the drawing. She's so mean. Everything was fine. Miss Noraida helped by giving ideas on how I can develop that drawing but Miss Mardiana had to ruin everything. This is not the first time she changed my plans. The other time when I was telling her what I planned to do for my final layout, she turned everything around and told me to do something else. My art, my O levels, my grade. So what if she's the main teacher for art? She still doesn't have the right to do whatever she wants on my work. And she asked me to take out one of my primary drawings because she said it's not good enough but Mr. Gan already said the drawing is ok. I don't mind Miss Noraida and Mr. Gan but I can't stand Miss Mardiana. Nvm, just a few more months. Endure for a few more months. After that, I don't have to think about art anymore. Oh, today's the release of the A level results. All the best to my sister. (:

These past few days have not been very good. I looked awful for a few days last week because my eyes were of different sizes. I'm serious. I have no idea why but my right eye was much smaller than my left eye. I looked like a weirdo. And Miss Mardiana told me that I'm in the danger zone for art when I'm working way faster than some people in class and when Miss Noraida and Mr Gan already said that I'm doing fine. People in the danger zone have to stay back more often for art remedial. It's not like I'm aiming for an A for art. I don't get why Miss Mardiana have to push us too hard. She can be nice sometimes but she can really piss you off too. On top of that, we have to submit a total of 5 prep boards by 12th March. Crazy right? I already have 2 complete ones. I have 3 more to go which I have to complete in 2 weeks. Impossible. Anyway, I currently feel sick. I think I caught the flu from Ser Min and Dian. And I've been having so many tests. My stress level just keep increasing. I didn't expect the first term to be this stressful already. Day by day, I get more worried for my 'O's. I really wanna do well but there are quite a lot who are retaking their 'O's from last year's batch which is super scary. But some of the new retainers in my class are actually weirdly funny. Hahah. Moving on, I'm loving God of study currently showing on KBS. I think the main guy is kinda cute. The other guy too. If they went to my school, I'd totally have a crush on them. Hahah. Apart from cute guys, the show is motivating too even though it's supposed to be like a comedy. Hmm, have nothing else to post. Will update again soon. (:

It's been quite some time since I last updated. I have been super super super busy with school work. Especially this week, we had band rehearsal til almost 8pm on Wednesday. There wasn't time to do homework. And I think we, art students are going through a more stressful period than the pure science students. We have to do so many quality drawings, meet deadlines and all. It's so stressful. On top of that, Miss Mardiana keeps pushing us like crazy. If we don't do her work, she'll really throw her tantrum at us. But I guess it's good that she's pushing us hard if not we'll be way behind like 4/3. Good thing there'll be long weekend. Can finally rest. I still have quite a bit of homework though. :/ Haiz. But let's work hard now and hopefully all my hard work will pay off when I receive my results next year. (: On the bright side, Valentine's Day and CNY both fall on Sunday. I received a couple of Valentine gifts as well as my very very belated birthday present from my dear thoughtful friends today. Thanks guys. (: And as mentioned, I have posted pictures from the SHINee fan meeting I went to plus the pretty gifts I received today. I received a couple of chocolates too but I ate them all already. Hehe. Which reminds me, now I have more time to burn calories. Hahah. I'm pretty much an exercise freak. ^^ And of course, HAPPY CNY AND VALENTINE'S DAY!
